Vijay, formerly a management consultant with Ernst & Young, has an experience of implementing large-scale
change management programmes for blue-chip companies. Prior to Ernst & Young, Vijay worked with Glaxo
SmithKline and Steel Authority of India Limited and ran the Indian operations of Pervasive One. Vijay is
an engineer from Institute of Technology, BHU, India and an MBA from XLRI, India.

Vijay has over 12 years of industry experience in management consulting and providing innovative services
and applications focussed on mobile data services for large enterprises. He is responsible for the sales and
marketing strategy and implementation, and global expansion of ValueFirst. Vijay also manages relationships
with mobile operators globally.

In recent years, Vijay has written scores of articles and papers and has spoken extensively at events and
conferences in Singapore, Mumbai, Bucharest, Moscow, New Delhi, Istanbul etc. on topics related to MVNOs,
mobile data services and new-age mobile applications and services.

Vijay leads a self-inspired project to provide environment and structure that helps identify and groom new
age entrepreneurs in India.

Vijay is based out of Gurgaon, India, is married to Kapila and has two children – a boy Adhyan and younger
girl, Akshara.
